As a Senior Sales Sourcer, you’ll own top-of-funnel strategy for our high-impact Sales organization. You’ll design creative sourcing strategies, build proactive pipelines, and engage senior sales and business development talent across competitive global markets. This role is perfect for a mid-to-senior sourcer who thrives in fast-moving environments and uses data, creativity, and persistence to connect with elite GTM talent.

About the Team
Our Talent team is fully remote and thrives on asynchronous communication, strong documentation, and proactive updates. We maintain alignment through weekly hiring syncs, weekly sourcing meetings, and bi-weekly team check-ins. Although globally distributed, all teammates maintain a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST hours for real-time collaboration.

- 72 hours: Intake with TAM overview + 5–10 sample profiles
- 48 hours post-feedback: Refine search; launch A/B outreach; aim for 100 candidates in week one
- Two weeks: Analyze conversion data, share insights, and iterate until the role is filled
