  • Sporty Group is looking for a Communications & Growth Partnerships Lead to own customer communications and regional marketing partnerships. This role blends channel optimization, localization, and commercial partnerships to drive growth at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships across Africa & LATAM
  • Optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email performance (delivery, open, CTR, cost)
  • Align communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing, Prod and Ops for localization of messaging, creatives, and campaigns per market
  • Plan and track regional activations and partnerships – including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, affiliate marketing etc
  • Measure ROI and performance across owned and partner channels
  • Onboard new communication channel partners, and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners for cost optimization

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years in growth, communications, or partnerships
  • Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
  • Comfortable to travel for local activations and market studies in existing and emerging markets for sporty
  • Data-driven and execution-focused
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
