  • The Sales/Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting Smileville’s dental supplies and laboratory services, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • The role involves direct client engagement, field visits, order processing, and contribution to marketing activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing clients to promote dental products and laboratory services.
  • Conduct regular field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain clear, professional communication.
  • Support social media and other marketing activities, including content ideas and promotions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and outreach programs.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality and customer retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Performance: Monthly sales targets achieved; number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer Service: Timely response to inquiries; customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Field Activities: Number of client visits completed; leads generated.
  • Order Management: Percentage of orders delivered on time; quotation-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Marketing Support: Number of marketing or social media content ideas implemented; engagement generated.
  • Client Retention: Repeat business and effective use of customer feedback.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to carry out regular field visits.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email); familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
