We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models to support forecasting and planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports
Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analysis
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
Knowledge of database management systems
