- Must have worked previously in a fashion house, RTW brand, clothing factory, or boutique
- Experience will be vetted and verified (previous employer references, task questions, practical scenarios)

Salary Proposition
- ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 monthly (Base Salary)
- Performance-Based Bonuses tied to:
- Accuracy of customer orders & measurements
- Ability to convert inquiries to paid orders
- Ability to make customers trust and love the brand
- Timely and proper follow-ups
- Clean handover to production
- Zero avoidable customer complaints
- Delivery accuracy & coordination
This is NOT a commission-only or market-hawking role.
This is an operations-aligned sales & customer service role.
Accommodation Availability: Yes
Working Days & Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturdays rotated between the two officers (not weekly for both)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and attend to customers (walk-in & online)
- Accurate order intake and documentation
- Proper measurement confirmation and clarification
- Explain fabrics, styles, timelines, and expectations clearly
- Coordinate fittings (where applicable)
- Daily follow-ups with customers until delivery
- Clean handover of orders to production team
- Liaise with logistics/dispatch for deliveries
- Maintain customer records and order history
- Uphold brand tone, professionalism, and calmness at all times

Literacy & Tech Use
Must be able to:
- Read and write clearly
- Use WhatsApp Business professionally
- Fill order sheets accurately
- Interpret measurements correctly
- Follow written SOPs without confusion

Must understand that sales & customer service is a SYSTEM, including:
- Order intake
- Measurement confirmation
- Proper documentation
- Customer follow-up
- Handover to production
- Delivery coordination
- After-delivery feedback
