The suitable candidate will manage both business and personal affairs by handling complex scheduling, correspondence, travel, and events, acting as a gatekeeper, and ensuring seamless daily operations for the executive’s efficiency and productivity, often requiring discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Communication: Screening and directing calls, emails, and mail; drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports; acting as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics: Arranging detailed business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) and family vacations, often troubleshooting disruptions.
Meeting & Event Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating corporate events or speaking engagements.
Administrative & Financial Tasks: Processing expense reports, managing files, overseeing office supplies, and handling daily financial transactions.
Project & Research Support: Conducting research, compiling data, and supporting special projects or strategic initiatives.
Personal Support (for blended roles): Running errands, managing household staff, booking personal appointments, and handling family logistics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: Minimum of OND.
Discretion: Absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Organization: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and detail-oriented approach.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, make quick decisions, and troubleshoot issues.
