Job Summary

Enchant Gifts is a high-volume gifting and production company. We process a large number of customized orders daily, and precision, speed, and accountability are critical.

We are seeking an Order Coordinator who will take full ownership of orders from the point of confirmation through internal handoff to production, packing, and delivery. This role sits at the center of operations and ensures that every order is correctly documented, communicated, and tracked across teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of working in a fast-moving, developing operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify confirmed orders from the sales/customer support team.
Accurately capture and document all order details, including:
Customer information
Delivery address and state
Product(s) ordered
Customization details (letters, PDFs, images, NFC links, notes)
Ensure all customization content is properly formatted and forwarded to the production team without errors.
Maintain and update order records using internal tracking tools (spreadsheets, order management systems, etc.).
Serve as the operational bridge between sales, production, and delivery teams.
Ensure zero mix-ups, missed details, or undocumented changes to orders.
Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail — this role has zero tolerance for carelessness.
Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously without confusion.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order dashboards, and digital tools.
Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to new systems.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership — orders must not “fall through the cracks.”
Ability to remain calm and organized during peak periods.
Willingness to learn and grow within a developing operations system.
Work Ethic & Culture Fit

You take responsibility instead of passing blame.
You think in solutions, not excuses.
You understand that operational roles may require flexibility during high-volume days.
You are comfortable working in a growing company where systems are constantly improving.
