Need to have qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience
  • Proven cold calling experience selling to U.S.-based prospects
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Security, Data Privacy)
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Experience working from a named target account list
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach volume
  • Reliable internet and a professional home office setup

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with technical or data-related products
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Comfortable with dialers and sales engagement tools

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Call into assigned named accounts using a defined target list
  • Initiate conversations with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance
  • Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and log outcomes in Salesforce
  • Set and book discovery calls directly onto AE calendars
  • Collaborate closely with RGP sales leadership for coaching and feedback
  • Hit monthly targets of ~4 meetings set and ~1 qualified meeting
  • Participate in daily standups, weekly 1:1s, and ongoing performance reviews
  • Continuously refine messa
