Need to have qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience
- Proven cold calling experience selling to U.S.-based prospects
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Security, Data Privacy)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience working from a named target account list
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach volume
- Reliable internet and a professional home office setup
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with technical or data-related products
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Comfortable with dialers and sales engagement tools
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Call into assigned named accounts using a defined target list
- Initiate conversations with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and log outcomes in Salesforce
- Set and book discovery calls directly onto AE calendars
- Collaborate closely with RGP sales leadership for coaching and feedback
- Hit monthly targets of ~4 meetings set and ~1 qualified meeting
- Participate in daily standups, weekly 1:1s, and ongoing performance reviews
