Job Summary

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to produce compelling visual content for diverse projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into impactful designs that support branding, marketing, and digital media goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging visual content using both hand-drawn concepts and digital design tools, including illustrations, layouts, and branding materials.
  • Develop high-impact creative assets such as brochures, magazine layouts, billboards, digital advertisements, web pages, and annual reports for both print and digital platforms.
  • Create initial design concepts and layouts for client presentations, refining them based on feedback to meet project objectives.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to enhance content performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and communication channels.
  • Present finalized designs to clients, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Produce animated graphics, including GIFs, motion graphics, and simple video content.
  • Manage and respond to community interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Edit, retouch, and enhance photos when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align designs with campaign strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain well-organized design files, archives, and backups.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing content for social media platforms.
  • Strong ability to maintain brand standards and develop cohesive visual identities.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving design trends and client feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and related software.
