The Office Assistant (Cleaner) will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised office environment and supporting basic office operations through cleaning duties and errands. The role requires punctuality, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility, as the staff member is expected to resume early daily and ensure the office is ready for business operations.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all office areas including workspaces, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and surroundings
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and office equipment daily
Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of refuse
Ensure the office environment is neat, hygienic, and ready for daily operations
Run office errands such as purchasing items, making deliveries, and other assigned tasks
Support basic office activities when required
Handle cleaning materials and equipment properly and safely
Carry out any other duties assigned by Management to support smooth office operations
Requirements

Must be a female
Must live close to Ikeja, Lagos (for Lagos office)
Must live close to Gwarinpa, Abuja (for Abuja office)
Must be punctual and able to resume work daily by 6:15 am
Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and errand duties
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Good personal hygiene and respectful attitude
Prior experience in office cleaning or similar roles is an added advantage but not mandatory
