Role Overview

The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to meet performance targets and budget goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with hands-on experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and a clear focus on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels

Monitor and adjust ad placements to remain within defined budget guidelines

Track campaign performance and make adjustments to improve ROI and conversion metrics

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports

Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Identify performance trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Optimization & Testing

Conduct A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve ad performance

Continuously refine ads based on performance metrics to ensure efficient budget usage

Ensure campaigns remain aligned with overall marketing objectives

Collaboration

Work closely with creative and strategy teams to optimize ad creatives for target audiences

Collaborate with internal teams to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing goals

Qualifications

Experience

2+ years of experience in paid advertising

Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns

Experience working with multiple paid advertising platforms

Skills

Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta’s Conversions API

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid ad platforms

Familiarity working with CRM systems

Strong ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

High level of motivation, curiosity, professionalism, and attention to detail
