Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative who will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. This role will focus on connecting with decision-makers in the wellness, retail, and real estate sectors to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to confidently close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with spas, wellness centers, retail boutiques, real estate companies, and boutique partners.
- Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound B2B outreach to generate qualified leads, introducing the brand’s products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on their fit, interest, and purchasing potential to ensure high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team.
- Closing Sales
- Successfully navigate objections and negotiate terms to close deals, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Follow-Up
- Set up follow-up calls or appointments as needed, ensuring potential clients are nurtured throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to refine outreach strategies, enhance messaging, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics such as outreach targets, conversion rates, and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle and a proven track record of closing deals (references will be requested). Preference for any experience selling in the US market.
- Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
- Sales Expertise
- Confident in handling objections and adapting messaging to suit different prospects, with a strong focus on closing deals and driving results.
- CRM Proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems to manage the pipeline, track leads, and update client information.
- Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with the wellness, retail, and real estate industries is a plus but not required.
