Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries through email, phone, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints related to course access, payments, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with tutors and operations teams to escalate and follow up on issues.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; customer service certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
