  Reports To: Marketing Manager Role Overview: Lead I-Train Africa’s content engine, producing high-volume, high-quality content that educates, entertains, and converts across social media platforms. What You will Do:
  • Develop and execute content calendars for 4 brands Produce 60+ reels, 8–12 carousels, and 20+ scripts monthly. Manage social media pages (Instagram, TikTok LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).Create SEO content and use SEO insights to guide content strategy. Supervise junior content associates and interns.
  Skills & Competencies:
  • Content strategy, SEO, scripting, storytelling, video production, social media growth. Creative, detail-oriented, fast executor with strong internal communication.
