Vita CV is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support a technology-led UK client. You’ll be helping customers through email, chat, and occasionally phone.
What You’ll Do
• Provide customer support with a friendly, problem-solving approach
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users
• Update CRM records and follow support tickets
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the team
• Deliver excellent service while meeting service targets

• Experience in customer service (remote preferred)
